F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE – Maj. Charles Ogonowski assumed command of the 90th Contracting Squadron during a change of command ceremony June 14 in the Trails End on F.E. Warren Air Force Base.

Prior to his current position, Ogonowski was the Deputy Division Chief of Contracts, Force Protection Division, AFLCMC at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts.

Lt. Col. Bryce Fiacco, outgoing 90 CONS commander, will take on the role of Communications Chief for a team of speech writers at the Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
