F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE –Major Keil Luber took command of the 90th Security Forces Squadron during a change of command ceremony June 12, on F. E. Warren Air Force Base.
Prior to his current position, Luber was the 30th Security Forces Squadron commander at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California.
Lt. Col. George Hern, outgoing 90th SFS commander, will take command of the 99th Security Forces Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada.
A change of command ceremony is a tradition that represents a formal transfer of authority and responsibility from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
Luber expressed his commitment to furthering the SFS legacy with words directed at his Airmen.
“I look forward to getting to know you over these next couple of years,” said Luber. “I know together we can continue to elevate this squadron to new heights.”
