90 CES conducts Prime BEEF exercise
A simulated unidentified explosive ordnance lies in wait after a simulated chemical attack at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, May 25, 2022. The simulated deployment environment ensures that the Airmen will have the knowledge to handle a real world deployment. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Darius Frazier.)
Over the four day training exercise organized by the Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force, they built up a deployed-style base, simulated rocket and chemical attacks, conducted medical extractions with the 37th Helicopter Squadron, and practiced rapid air field damage repair. The training is designed to prepare CE personnel for a deployed environment.
