Veterans assistance in Albany, Goshen, Laramie, Platte and Carbon counties

CHEYENNE – A state of Wyoming veterans service officer from the Wyoming Veterans Commission will conduct community outreach services in Wyoming cities throughout September.

Stephanie Davis and Windy Carter are available to meet with veterans and their families to discuss state and federal veterans’ benefits, Department of Veterans Affairs claims, or VA healthcare. 

Davis and Carter can also help veterans and their families apply for benefits, file claims or request healthcare.

Their offices are located at the Joint Forces Readiness Center, 5800 Central Avenue. Both Davis and Carter will be available at the following locations.

 

Stephanie Davis will be available at the following locations:

Wheatland: Sept. 19, at the Workforce Services Center, 1958 W. Mariposa Parkway, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Rawlins: Sept. 17, at the Rawlins VA Clinic, 1809 E. Daley Street, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Windy Carter will be available at the following locations:

Cheyenne: Sept. 9, Vets Center, 3219 E. Pershing Blvd., 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Laramie: Sept. 10, at the Workforce Services Center, 3817 Beech St., 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Torrington: Sept. 11, at the Workforce Services Center, 1610 East M Street, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
